I was amazed and blown away at your talent and performance! I've been to country music band concerts before like Alan Jackson, Dwight Yokam, Pam Tillis, Carlene Carter, and others and I have to say that I was 100 times more impressed and entertained and uplifted by your performance over the others. I feel a sense of duty to share my experience with others (that's why I think you should come to Fresno and share your concert with everyone) and I have posted information about my experience of your concert on my own blog. I will soon add your website link to it as well. Anyhow, your performance was beyond all expectations! What an amazing talent you have to not only write and compose original music about such an important subject, but to be able to play and perform it so well on top of that! I thank you for your sacrifice and passion and your willingness to share it with others. My most favorite part of the TOFW event was your performance on Friday night (shhh, don't tell the speakers)! I just can't find the right words to tell you what a life-enhancing experience at your performance! Thanks again for all you do! I look forward to your continued success! Most Warmly,

- Beth (Fresno, CA)

We were blessed to be able to see you here in Idaho a couple of months ago and we are still reliving your music through your CDs that we were able to purchase. I need to tell you what an impression you made on our famiy. God has so blessed you with the ability to touch so many through your remarkable talents. This was our first experience or we would have invited everyone we could. I felt really bad that so many missed out on such a life changing experience. Please keep us up to date with your calendar - we would love to see you again and send other famiy and friends. May our Father in Heaven continue to bless you and your families in this beautiful and rewarding work. You WILL truly be blessed!

Thanks again, Michelle Pryor and family

WOW! Talk about take my breath away! I am so Greatful to have been a guest at such a powerful and uplifting evening with you all. I am the crazy one in the lobby that wanted all your "nametags", and for you to sign them to my Daughter Rachel and I. She was Thrilled! Of course she knows Dan from Diamond Rio-loves Country Musice like her Mother....... I just need to share how MUCH you all touched me. I don't think, rather I know, there wasn't a dry eye in the room. What you did as a Tribute to "Joseph, Emma, and so many other experiences in his life", was so touching. I hope and pray there were a lot of non-members there; there isno way they could NOT feel the Spirit in that theatre. You should be proud! You are doing God's work. I am sure all of your Familiea are so supportive, but, Plese give them an extra "I Love You, and a Hug", when you get home. They too are being Blessed by you Diligence and Honor to our Prophet and our Savior, Jesu Christ. May God Bless you, and your' Families in all you do, for you are notonly Great as a band and speakers, You are ALL living Missions Everyday you are on the road. You may never know the lives' you hane touched, but my guess are in the hindreds of thousands. Keep the Faith, and keep his Spriti with you always. You are now in my personal prayers. Thanks you so Much for taking the Time Out for us Women and Sisters of the Gospel.

It was so nice to finally have a Time Out conference in Fresno. Thank you. I truly enjoyed all the presenters and especially the testimonies shared by Jason Deere and Nashville Tribute. I appreciated the message by Sharon Larsen and the personal experiences she shared about one of her children. I too had a child who disappeared for quite some time and related to the experiences she shared. It was nice to be able to talk with her after the conference and to express my gratitude for sharing her personal experiences. As always I especially enjoyed MEE. She is such an inspiration. This was my first exposure to Emily Watts. What a kick she is. I also loved Dean Hughes and the stories he shared. Next year I want to bring some non-member friends as there are great messages that all could benefit from. Thank you Time Out and please come back and share with us next year.

I really enjoyed the events and music this year. In particular the music and stories of the pioneers and Joseph Smith Jr. were really inspirational. - Amy (Fresno, CA)

I went to the Time Out for Women in Fresno California...that was my first time going, and I enjoyed your music soooo much! I'm a single mom and was baptized into the church 3 years ago. It's been a blessing having the gospel in my life, specially when life is so hard...Hugs to all you,

- Marisol (Visalia, CA)

I am not very good with words like you are. You can express the deepest most intense feelings so easily. I have wanted to thank you for sharing your gift with my family. Your music has strengthened my testimony in God, our Prophet Joseph, and in the restoration. My love for my pioneer ancestors has deepened. Your music has brought tears to my eyes and the Spirit to my heart many nights. Thank you, thank you. May God bless you for sharing your talents so humbly and generously with all of us. Please know how grateful our little family is.

I wanted to personally thank you and the rest of the band for taking time away from your families and homes to come and perform here in Nampa, Idaho. The concert and fireside have been all the youth of our stake have talked about since you left. They were truly inspired by you. Thank you all for taking the time to share your personal experiences and your testimonies!

- The Tolman Family (Nampa, ID)

Awesome show man! My entire family already knows the words to almost every song. I hope you guys know what a great thing it is you're doing. My cousin that was at the show with me just sent me a text from St. George. He said he's sitting up on a cliff overlooking the temple listening to the cd "just getting blasted by the sprit" as he put it. Thank you

Friday April 11, 2008-- 10pm...I just got home from TOFW at the Saroyan Theater in Fresno, California. You gave a wonderful performance tonight. This was the second time I have been able to hear you sing and play your spiritually uplifting songs from the Joseph & Trek CD's. Thank you for uplifting my soul. My husband and I listen to both CD's in the car often. (Did you hear me singing the words along with you tonight?) Thanks again for making the trip to Fresno!

- Toni (Fresno, CA)

I had the pleasure of visiting one of your shows when I lived in Phoenix, AZ. It was incredible and since then I have both of your CDs that my wife and I listen to all the time. Your music has given me a glimpse into the lives of those that have lived and died for the gospel of Jesus Christ and I am very thankful for that.

Hi my name is Alicia and I live in Arkansas and am a blessed member of this church. I have listened to many of your songs and feel deeply touched and moved by your music. Last year I had an amazing opportunity to get a little taste of what the pioneers went through. I went on a trek for my stake youth conference and it not only changed my life but those that went as well. It rained and rained and rained. It was the most challenging days of my life, but I wouldn't trade those three days for anything in the world. I now have a greater appreciation for priesthood power and the pioneers that had such great amount of faith. This year for my stake's youth conference we will be traveling to Nauvoo. Last year we found out a little bit better what the pioneers went through and now this year we are wanting to see what got these amazing people going. The dates in which we will be in Nauvoo are as follows...July 24th,25th,and 26th 2008. Your inspiring words would add so much to our youth conference with our theme being..."I'll be what you want me to be." Thank you so much for your time and amazing music!

- Alicia (Arkansas)

I see that this CD has been out a while. I first heard "The Rising" on a "Not your Mother's LDS Music" CD back in 2005, so I guess I should of looked more into it. I realized there was a whole CD of songs like that when a Missionary asked if I could find it for him = it's on his approved list of CDs he can listen too. I than REALLY listened to the song. It's strengthen my Testimony of Joseph Smith. I'm a convert and have had some hard times with different gospel topics, but have always known the Church is true. I believe we all grown line by line and am sure that the Lord led me to this CD!

We had a great time last night with Dan and the [Nashville Tribute] group in Nampa. The Trek concert was awesome and very inspiring! It was also fun to meet the entire band and just get to hang out with them. We especially enjoyed meeting Jason and Ron and getting to know them better. Wow, what awesome guys to be around! Please express our appreciation to Dan and the entire Group (I don't have Dan's email or I'd send him a personal thank you note).
After the concert, we were planning to take Dan and Ron out to dinner. However, they ended up holding a special fireside in the Relief Society room for the youth. Dan invited us to stay and join them. It was so neat to hear them answer questions from the youth, share stories and most importantly bear their testimonies. The spirit was very strong and I'm sure that they touched each of the youth in attendance. During the evening, I heard some very cool quotes that I plan to share with my SS class on Sunday (I teach course 17, it's the greatest job in the church). Here's a few that really made an impression:
"Always remember to also give a tithing of your talents" - Ron Saltmarsh
"Money and fame do not change a person. They just tend to magnify what was already there. If a person was bad before, they become worse with money and fame. It they were good, they become better." - Jason Deere
"I am so grateful that each of the guys in the band hold and honor the priesthood. We were able to give Tim a Priesthood blessing before the concert, which gave him the strength to sing tonight." - Tony (Drummer)
Thanks for being a great example and inspiration to us.

- Brent (Nampa, ID)
